Chef · Consultant · Creative
I grew up in Buenos Aires, where food was just part of life — something that happened around the table, between conversations, without a second thought. I was a singer and songwriter first. Still am — I’m a Latin Grammy nominated artist, and music shaped the way I think about creativity, rhythm, and emotion.
But somewhere along the way, the kitchen started calling louder.
How I got hereIt began with dinner parties at home. Friends around the table, something on the fire, a bottle open. Those evenings turned into a TV show — Algo de Mi, on Gourmet Network Latin America — and that turned into pop-ups, brand collaborations, and events across the continent. I was cooking professionally before I even thought of myself as a chef.
When I moved to Miami, I was ready to go all in. I opened Tigre in 2021 — a restaurant that earned a spot in the Michelin Guide and became, more than anything, a place people genuinely loved. That mattered more to me than any accolade.
What I do nowToday I bring everything I’ve learned — from the stage, the screen, and the kitchen — into a broader practice. Private dinners, events, consulting, and creative collaborations with brands who take food as seriously as I do.
My cooking is ingredient-led, simple yet sophisticated, and shaped by a deep connection to live fire — not just as a method, but as a form of expression. There’s really nothing quite like the taste of fire!
Every project begins with a conversation. I work closely with each client to understand their story, their vision and expectations.
Private dinners, pop-ups, and events cooked live over open flame. The fire is not the backdrop — it is the technique, the flavour, and the experience.
Full-service catering for private events, corporate gatherings, and celebrations. Seasonal and ingredient-led, executed with fine dining rigour at any scale.
I partner with winemakers, brands and creatives to produce meaningful culinary experiences — from product development to content and events.
